Fitting guide

ALTERATIONS & CUSTOM ORDERS

Should there be any adjustments needed to the fit, we offer alteration services for an additional fee ranging from P1,000 to P2,500 for RTW.

The lead time for alterations is typically 2-3 weeks including 1-2 fitting sessions if necessary.

Gentle hand-wash using cold water or dry clean.

Shipping

Kindly allow 2-3 days for processing. Delivery times are as follows:

• 3-5 working days for Metro Manila
• 5-7 working days for provincial and international destinations

Please note we are not liable for any delays caused by customs. All duties and taxes will be shouldered by the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

Cancellations and refunds of orders are not accepted.

However, customers are allowed to exchange their order for another item of equal or higher value within 7 working days upon delivery of the order.
