Shipping Policy

For local orders:

• Express or same day delivery may be available for orders placed in Metro Manila depending on the availability of the item. Please message our personal shoppers at our Rockwell or Podium studios for more information.

For international orders:

• Orders received after 12 noon will be processed the next day.
• Orders will be delivered from Mondays to Fridays except holidays.
• International orders may be subject to customs or import duties once they reach their destination country. These charges are payable by the customer as we do not currently cover this cost.
• If you cannot locate your country in the provided list, please email store@vaniaromoff.ph for assistance.

Please note that once item/s is with courier and tracking number has been provided, Vania Romoff Inc. will not be liable for any loses, delays, tampered packaging, etc. Kindly contact the assigned courier directly for assistance.
