Please note that for some styles, we won't be able to reproduce these using the same material due to fabric unavailability. However, we can always try to source something similar for you as an alternative.

How do I book a consultation with Vania?
Are consultations done in-person or virtual?
We accommodate both in-person and virtual consultations.
Virtual consultations are conducted via Zoom unless otherwise stated. Kindly expect a Zoom link in your inbox once your appointment has been confirmed by VR representative.
For clients abroad or outside of Metro Manila, you may opt for online measurement-taking assistance and dress viewing. Feel free to let our team know what we can do to aid you through the process.
How long is the lead time for custom orders?
Our custom design process typically takes 4-6 weeks including consultation, production lead time and 1-2 fitting schedules.
For custom bridal production, a special timeframe is drafted depending on the design requirements and wedding details.
Do you offer alteration services?
Yes, we do for an additional service fee depending on the nature of the work. Our lead time for alterations is typically 2-3 weeks.

Where can I fit or view your Bridal Studio collection?
Currently, we're unable to accommodate fittings and viewings for our RTW Bridal or Bridal Studio. This can only be arranged once you place and confirm your order with us via our website.
Should there be an issue with your order, we can have this exchanged for another style within 7 days from delivery. In case there are any adjustments needed, we offer alterations services for an additional fee.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide via DHL Express. You may refer to this page for more information on our shipping rates and timelines.
Please note our quotation for custom and bespoke bridal pieces do not include tax or custom duties. This, alongside delivery fees, will be shouldered by the client.
