For custom or MTO orders, you may send your inquiries at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Kindly include pegs or image references if you can so we can provide you with a more accurate quotation. Our inboxes are open to all kinds of inquiries, concerns or questions to provide you the best service possible.
How can I book an appointment?
Are consultations done in-person or virtual?
We accommodate both in-person and virtual consultations.
Virtual consultations are conducted via Zoom unless otherwise stated. Kindly expect a Zoom link in your inbox once your appointment has been confirmed by our custom and bridal managers.
For clients abroad or outside of Metro Manila, you may also opt for online measurement-taking assistance and dress viewing. Feel free to let our team know what we can do to aid you in our custom process.
How long is the lead time?
Our custom design process typically takes 4-6 weeks including consultation, production lead time and 1-2 fitting schedules.
For custom bridal production, a special time frame is drafted depending on the design requirements and wedding details.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide via DHL Express.
How do I take my own measurements?
For the size chart, kindly refer to vaniaromoff.ph/pages/sizing for detailed instructions and size guide.
Do you offer alteration services?
Yes, we do. You may have your Vania Romoff items altered and adjusted to your preferred fit by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
