Refund Policy

 

Payment Method

Upon checkout, there are two payment options available: credit or debit card via Paypal or Maya.

Bank deposit payment is available upon request. Should you wish to avail this, kindly email our team at store@vaniaromoff.ph.

Alteration Policy

We accept minor repairs for our ready-to-wear pieces. Kindly proceed to our Rockwell or Greenbelt, or Shangri-La Plaza Studios for assistance or email us at store@vaniaromoff.ph. Additional fees will apply depending on the detail work.

Exchange Policies

Cancellations and refunds of orders will not be accepted. However, a customer may be allowed to exchange an item/s within 7 working days upon delivery of the order. Change of mind is not allowed. Item/s eligible for exchange should fall under this list:

  1. The item/s does not fit.

  2. The item/s has a manufacturing defect (subject to inspection).

  3. The item/s is in its original condition (e.g. tag is intact and item is not laundered nor altered; for footwear, there should be no marks or damages visible on the shoe and the sole).

  4. The item/s is purchased at regular price; item on sale is not included.

  5. Exchange shipment will only be accepted and processed once.

For Footwear, we highly suggest for you to try on the item on a carpeted and clean surface. We will request for photos before processing the exchange. Any sign of wear will not be accepted.

Kindly email a Vania Romoff Inc. representative at store@vaniaromoff.ph to assist in processing and confirming the exchange of the item/s. Once it has been approved, please take note of the following guidelines:

  1. Original item/s should be packed properly in its VR packaging and shipped back to our Headquarters. A copy of the PayPal invoice should be included in the package as well.

  2. New item/s requested will still be subject to availability.

  3. New item/s must be of the same or higher value than the original item purchased.

  4. All shipping fees and taxes/duties shall be shouldered by the client.

  5. Aforementioned shipping lead time will be applied.

Cancellations, returns, exchanges and refunds of orders will not be accepted for sale items and the VR Casa sculptures. In line with our safety standards and strict hygiene policy, the same applies to our Essential Outerwear pieces and all accessories.
